About the RoleThe Employee Benefits Account Executive, Team Leader position is an immediate opening at a boutique benefits insurance agency located in Chicago's northwest suburbs. We are seeking an experienced client executive to lead the service process, working directly with clients to manage their health and welfare plans, typically covering 100-300 lives, but potentially up to 1,000 employees. The role includes overseeing client service delivery, assisting account managers in balancing workloads, and providing mentorship and insights to support their development.Duties & Responsibilities

• Partner with the service and sales teams to maximize new client revenue and ensure high retention of existing accounts.
• Develop strategies for client service delivery and departmental goals, including acquiring necessary tools and HR resources to enable the agency to compete effectively with other brokers.Skills & Experience
  • At least five (5) years of experience in employee benefits client service within a retail insurance agency.
  • Active Life & Health insurance license.
