ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking: a highly motivated Senior Software Developer to join our MIS team in Janesville, WI with a miniumum of 5 years of experience

• Meet with Development Leads to discuss software projects
• Design, develop, modify, implement new software programs, websites and applications
• Assigning tasks to junior developers such as coding, testing, debugging and analytics
• Writing advanced programming code
• Review updated software systems
• Create technical documentation
• Involvement with projects from conception to finished product
• Stay abreast of industry trends of development in web applications and programming languages and vendor packages
• Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the existing content supply portfolio of applications and services
• Determine process improvements, best practices, and develop new processes
• Work in close partnerships with cross-functional teams and management Qualifications
  • Excellent understanding of front-end technologies and platforms - JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
  • Bootstrap or other responsive frameworks
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership for the application being developed Other Skills (Not Required):
    • JavaScript frameworks React JS & Redux, Angular, or Vue
    • C#
