We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to help keep our clients' properties safe and clear during snow and ice events. Open Positions: Sidewalk Laborer Plow Truck Operator Plow/Salt Truck Operator Skid/Track Loader Plow Operator Wheel Loader Plow Operator About the Work: Our snow team operates a range of equipment, including plow trucks, loaders, salters, and snowblowers. Team members must be ready to respond during winter stormsoften at night or early morningto clear sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots safely and efficiently. Requirements: Experience in snow removal (preferred, but not required for all roles) Valid drivers license and clean driving record (required for operator roles) Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to work in cold, physically demanding conditions Compensation & Opportunities: $20$40/hour depending on experience and role Performance bonuses for attendance, work quality, and safety Training provided Opportunities for future seasonal and full-time positions Service Areas: Work is primarily located in northern Milwaukee, Ozaukee, eastern Washington, and Waukesha counties.
