Job Description Job Description OnSite Coordinator (Bilingual/Spanish) Kenosha, WI Pay rate: $24 -26/hr Hours for 2nd Shift: 6 PM- 2:30 AM Slight change of the hours may be possible. Will be working overtime as needed It's a great work environment, this is an Amazon Hazmat site, most products are aerosols and perfumes. Job overview: This client-facing role requires a unique blend of "boots-on-the-ground" production knowledge and data analysis. Won't be just be filling job openings; will be using metrics to optimize workforce efficiency and maintain high-level relationships with our client. Will manage the assignment of approx 50 employees depending on the season. Must be able to work independently and communicate directly with the customer RE productivity and staffing needs. Seeking 1–2 years of experience in staffing, logistics, or a coordinator role. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets are ideal since they will be highly utilized. Prior experience with Workforce Management Systems (WMS) or ATS platforms is a major plus. High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred). Requirements: Proficiency with spreadsheets and data tracking is highly desired. The interpersonal skills and the ability to handle employee issues are most important. Must be bilingual in Spanish!
