$23.00/hr-$27.00/hr BOE Express Employment Professionals is seeking
a skilled woodworker to join our team and assist in producing high
quality custom wood components for specialty projects. This role is
ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, accuracy, and
detail. You will work with a variety of hardwoods, softwoods,
veneers, and specialty materials while contributing to assembly and
fabrication of custom-built structures. Responsibilities • Measure,
cut, shape, and assemble wood components according to design
specifications • Use precision measuring tools including calipers,
micrometers, tape measures, squares, and gauges to ensure exact
tolerances • Operate standard woodworking tools such as table saws,
planers, jointers, routers, sanders, and drill presses • Read and
interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and build sheets • Assist in
fitting, shaping, and building custom assemblies with a high level
of craftsmanship • Perform detailed sanding, finishing, prepping,
and fine woodworking tasks • Maintain clean, organized, and safe
work areas • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to
complete projects on time • Assist with custom installations or
assembly of large scale wood structures when needed • Follow
quality control procedures to verify measurements and final fit
Preferred Skills and Experience • Experience in fine woodworking,
cabinetry, furniture making, millwork, or similar craft •
Familiarity with CNC machining or CNC programming is a strong plus
• Ability to use precision measuring tools and work to tight
tolerances • Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in
woodworking • Ability to lift, move, or handle materials safely
when working on large assemblies • Strong attention to detail and
commitment to producing top quality work • Experience in custom
manufacturing environments is beneficial • Mechanical aptitude and
willingness to learn new tools and methods Express Employment-
