What You’ll Do As a Class 3 Electrical Assembler, you’ll work on complex assemblies requiring advanced precision, consistency, and technical expertise. Your day-to-day may include: Performing advanced soldering using IPC?aligned techniques (fine?pitch, through?hole, leaded/unleaded) Building and assembling high?level electrical components and subassemblies Reading and interpreting schematics, diagrams, and detailed work instructions Using crimping tools, wire prep equipment, and precision measuring devices Inspecting your work and performing re?work as needed to meet quality standards Supporting wiring, cabling, and termination tasks for complex assemblies Collaborating with your team to maintain quality, safety, and workflow Helping maintain organized work areas that support accuracy and efficiency This role is ideal for individuals who value meticulous craftsmanship and feel confident working with advanced soldering requirements.
