Located in family friendly Janesville, WI our strong technology based employees have fueled our growth for over 50 years.About your new role:Machine Operators perform the essential role of setting-up, running and improving our proprietary equipment. Reporting directly to our Unit Managers, our Machine Operators work independently following specific job instructions while working with our Inspector Packers to make sure that quality standards are met and customer orders are delivered on-time.You'll learn from the best in the industry.The skills we will help you develop will allow you to understand the thermoforming process. You'll then use your analytical ability to troubleshoot any machine issues as they may arise. Making use of multiple resources you'll precisely set up and run machines, work confidently on multiple machines at the same time and interact and communicate with multiple groups of Inspector Packers to achieve our high quality standards.What you need:This is a great role for a technical individual with a high school diploma or equivalent who can pass ourmathematicsand mechanical aptitude tests and is willing to follow specific manufacturing instructions. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.Your hours:Four, 10-hour shifts every week.Our 1stshift is 5:45am 4:15pm and our 2ndshift is 3:45 pm - 2:15am, Monday through Thursday, with theoccasional mandatory overtime on Fridays.What you'll receive:As a full-time Prent employee you'll becompetitively compensated, based on experience.You'll discover our tailored benefits package:OurProfit Sharing Planis second to none in the area or industry.
