MercyCare Building Monday-Friday, 8 am -5pm Provides direct patient care, including intake, evaluation, and treatment. Follows documentation and billing guidelines (treatment planning every 60-90 days, documentation of every treatment session on progress note, document collaboration and consults, discharge planning, and appropriate charging) Oversee quality implementation of Applied Behavioral Analysis, following guidelines set forth by the BCBA governing board Responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and communicating new research based guidelines for treatment, following evidence based models. Interviews, supervises, and evaluates Program/treatment staff. Maintains effective staffing levels in all areas of the designated program. Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. Current/active BCBA license in WI and/or IL. License coverage would reflect appropriate and necessary for the assigned program area.
