Help us make out Farm Fresh Goodness Great!Overview: Ensure that all products meet or exceed company stardards and comply with local, state and federal food processing reulations. Administer all Company Quality, Food Safety, Sanitation, and Safety policies and procedures. Supervise all employees in performing these functions on the assigned shift.Responsibilities:Night Shift PositionPerform audits to monitor compliance with all GMP standards, Food Safety Standards, Food Safety issues, Case and Label procedure, etc.Supervise quality technicians on the assigned shiftManage and evaluate product that does not meet specificationsReview and organize plant processing records for conformance with regulations and Company policyManage and update company programs such as the Thermal Process Manual, Food Safety Plan, Food Defense Plan, calibration program, etc.Review and respond to consumer and customer complaintsProvide employee training for Fill Control, Sanitation, Can Seaming, Grading and Statistical Process ControlPerform audits to monitor the sanitary conditions within the manufacturing facilityAdminister the company safety programPerform investigations of causes for any spoilage issuesParticipate in Food Safety audits as requiredBachelor's degree in Food Science, or related field preferred.Qualifications: Must have good attention to detail and accuracyWillingness and ability to work and function in a team environmentAbility to effectively communicate both written and verballyMust be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time setting the correct priorities.
