Job Description:
Job Description Job Purpose The In Process Quality Inspector is
responsible for inspection of in process material during the
manufacturing process. and other duties as directed. Essential
Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for adherence to the
Cardinal Rules of Safety Responsible for inspecting materials and
parts throughout the manufacturing process Working closely with
machine operators, team lead, supervisors, etc. to establish
inspection protocol Inspection parts in accordance with established
requirements (blueprints, Engineering Change Orders (ECR---s),
customer requirements, internal company standards, etc. Perform
in-line inspection to identify issues earlier in the process and
work with manufacturing to address the issues as directed Working
with minimal direction Ability to interpret blueprints, quality
inspection plans, procedures, and work instructions. Perform all
assigned tasks in a safe, efficient, timely, accurate and highly
productive manner according to company policy Attend scheduled work
hours on a regular and timely basis. Maintain good attendance
Follow company policies and procedures Other tasks as assigned

High school diploma or equivalent, based on education and work
experience. Licenses/Certifications: ISO 9001 or IATF Internal
Auditor certification preferred Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
One-year experience in a quality manufacturing role preferably with
an active certified quality system. Experience in inspection
Experience in measurement usage Experience with GD&T CMM
experience a plus Inspection experience using blueprints
(interpretation, etc.) Attention to detail Effective oral and
written communication skills. Proficient in the use of computers,
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and windows-based
programs. Ability to read and understand 2D drawings Ability to
add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using
whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute
rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed
but uninvolved written or oral instructions Ability to deal with
problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized
situations Good interpersonal skills and ability to effectively
interface with people at all levels in numerous functions. Must be
able to maintain a high activity level and be able to effectively
manage and prioritize numerous projects and responsibilities
independently. Dependable accuracy, organization, and efficiency in
work. Must be fluent in English (Bilingual is a plus) Ability to
lift and move up to 50lbs occasionally. Frequently required to
stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands
and arms; and talk or hear. Training: Orientation Working
