matchWhat You'll Do:The Customer Experience Specialist will drive
high-level Customer Experience as related to all front-end, floor,
and Tire Desk activities, policies/ procedures (SOPs). The Customer
Experience Specialist will support Store operations with store
visits, supervision, training on all areas of Customer experience.
Lead projects and/or initiatives related to customer
experience.Primary Functions would include:Perform in-store audits;
review and partner with management to find solutions for any areas
of concern or non-compliance relating to customer service and
activities.Identify opportunities for process improvements within
areas of responsibility; partner with Front End Specialist,
Director of Customer Excellence, Director of Store Operations and
Process Improvement to research and develop impactful
solutions.Support the Front-End Specialist to establish and deliver
a best-in-class customer experience environment, including Loyalty,
Blain Credit Card, BEST, etc.Support the Front-End Specialist to
provide and coordinate comprehensive training and support,
including Front End Manager, Head Cashier, Cashier, Self-Checkout,
Customer Care, department heads, and tire desk associate functions
for existing and new store opening; partner with HR as
needed.Develop and maintain manuals, SOPs and training materials as
it relates to Customer Experience and store operations; Partner
with HR as needed.Partner with Blain's business departments (IT,
Finance, Marketing, LP, etc.) on projects and initiatives, as well
as stores issues related to customer experience.Work with Director
of Customer Excellence to contemporize the front end
structureDemonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention
and safety policies and/or procedures.Demonstrate basic knowledge
of other store operations support procedures.What it
Takes:Qualifications to include:Three to five years retail
experience.Possess a valid driver license.
