You will work on-site at one of Conagra's largest manufacturing facilities with over 800 employees.Job SummaryAs the Continuous Improvement Specialist, you will develop implementation plans and standards and/or lead the implementation for one or more critical improvement processes. You will guide and coach plant resources in the implementation of the improvement methodology. You will provide training . You will help develop, deploy and train. Yo will utilize continuous Improvement tools, methodologies, standards, and processes. You will track and monitor implementation and qualified resourcesPosition ResponsibilitiesYou will comply with all company safety procedures and complying with all OSHA rules and regulations.
