Job Description:

Computed Tomography Technologist
Perform computerized tomographic procedures for the diagnosis of disease and injury, utilizing protocols established by radiologists.

Job Highlights:

• Schedule: Full Time Days - variable schedule mostly days
  
• Pay Range starts at: $34.23 Daily pay available
  
• Shift Differentials: Available for night, weekend, and additional shifts
  
• Credentials: ARRT-R required and ARRT-CT within 12 months of hire
  
  
  Job Responsibilities:
  Prepare and position patients, select anatomic and technical parameters accurately, and administer contrast media and/or medications within accepted scope of practice and applicable state and federal regulations.

  • Observe patient during procedure and report abnormal activity
    
  • Monitor protocols and recommend updates or refinements as warranted
    
  • Follow radiation safety procedures and guidelines
    
  • Work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
    
  • Perform other duties as assigned
    
    
    Requirements:
    
    • 
      
    • Completion of a Radiology certification program or registered in Radiology
      
    • No experience required
      
      
      Physical Requirements:
      Constant standing and walking, frequent use of vision and depth perception, and frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
