Job Description:

We are seeking to hire a Compounder for our client in Wheeling, IL. This is a contract-to-hire role. Our client is a leading manufacturer of premium flavor extracts and ingredients, with a reputation for quality and excellence in the food industry. The Vanilla Compounder plays a critical role in the production process and is responsible for the precise compounding, processing, and packaging of our premium vanilla extracts and related products.

Key Responsibilities:Compound and package products according to established specifications
Operate specialized extraction equipment for vanilla, cocoa, and butter extracts
Maintain accurate inventory and production documentation
