Our CDL Utility Construction Laborer is trained on the job to perform the following duties: -Assist the bore rig Operator and Foreman with essential tasks in order to complete the job order -Transport and load/unload equipment (driving is approximately 20% of work duties) -Dig holes and locate existing utilities -Prepare cable routes and feed cable -Secure the job site, place signs where directed, and complete various other tasks as assigned by the Operator and Foreman Additional Info: -Must be willing to travel throughout the state (primarily Northeastern WI) Monday through Friday (home on weekends) -Must have a restriction-free Class A CDL Company Perks: -Weekly Paycheck -Per diem and company paid hotels for qualifying travel distances -Paid Wellness Hours to cover scheduled appointments (16 hours/year) -Paid Holidays (7 days/year) -Paid Vacation -Full Benefits Offered - Best in the industry! -Health Insurance with low deductibles (Single=$250, Family=$750) -Dental/Vision Insurance -Life Insurance -Disability Insurance -Retirement Plan 401k eligibility HBI is offering up to a $1500 sign-on and working bonus for a utility laborer with a restriction-free Class A CDL.
