Our client in Janesville, WI is currently in need of Shipping Administrators on 3rd shift! This is afull timeopportunity that will go temp-to-hire after 90 days of employment.

Shift(s):

• 2nd Shift: 3pm - 1am, Monday-Saturday
• 3rd Shift: 9pm - 7am, Monday-SaturdayPay Rate: 2nd/3rd Shift - $17.00 + 1.50 Shift Premium
  
  Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Prepare shipping documentation while working in a warehouse setting.
  • Enter orders and print picking logs for forklift drivers using Warehouse Management Software.
  • Track inventory and assist in scheduling shipments, both domestic and international.
  • Help scan items in and out using RF scanners.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.Qualifications and Skills:
    • Previous experience working in a warehouse, either as a shipping clerk or as an order picker.
    • Familiarity with UPS/FedEx systems, along with their rules and regulations.
    • Good computer skills and experience with Excel and Outlook.
    • Detail oriented
    • Ability to work as part of a team to multitask and ensure on-time delivery!
