Description:PMs, mechanical and electrical repairs and troubleshooting on all plant equipment: plastic extrusion lines, saws, pressure testers, puller, water and vacuum tanks, extruders, plumbing, (hvac is contracted) facilities work as well. Install and setup barrels and screws on all extruders.Complete welding and fabrication work as needed, process repairs, improvements, and capital projects.Use SAP Maintenance Module software to generate work orders, track labor, and consume materials/parts.Troubleshoot PLC based control systems and make component adjustments and/or repairs and work up to 480vUsing a multimeter, swapping motors, ac/dc power 70% mechanical, 30% electricalCompany Selling Points: Q bonuses off of plant performance: 8%Autonomy on the night shift Full benefits as of date of hire401k match 4%80 hours of vacation up and after 5 years, 120 hours Annual Discretionary Profit Sharing Bonus (up to 5% of annual base earnings at the discretion of Westlake based on company profitability paid out in December)Skills test that can up your pay and job dutiesFree lunch FridaysTuition Assistance ProgramFitness Reimbursement Program8% 3rd shift premiumAnnual retirement (arc plan): 2%.
