Do you excel in managing Projects, seeing the BIG picture from start to finish? - PDS Tech is looking for a Construction Manager to oversee the build out of a trailer drop lot as part of their Jefferson expansion project. MUST HAVE: Experience overseeing the build out of a trailer drop lot in a manufacturing/industrial environment, civil engineering, and permitting/zoning. - Thoroughly understand and utilize Information Technology. This includes but is not limited to; BIM 360 and BIM Field, File Sharing Systems (SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.), Cx Alloy, Pet Pro, SAP, MS Windows, Adobe Acrobat, MS Office Suite programs (Word, Excel, Project, Access, One Note, etc.), Project Management, Building Design and Construction, Scheduling, Cost Modeling and Risk Analysis is requiredPay Details: $70.00 to $79.56 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
