HotFoot Recruiters has partnered with a -global industrial supply company -in need of -Direct Hire Customer Experience Representatives -in the Janesville, Wisconsin -area.

Position: Hybrid-Customer Experience Specialist

Schedule: -Full-time, direct hire

Location: -Janesville, WI -(partially remote training, returning to hybrid environment)

Compensation: -$16.75 -per hour plus -three guaranteed paid increases to reach $17.95 -per hour in your first year


Skills & Qualifications:

• 
  
• Customer service experience in a call center environment
  
• Experience fielding a high volume of inbound calls preferred
  
• Technically savvy (Dual monitors, MS Office, CRM Software)
  
• Experience using CRM software is a plus
  
• Strong verbal communication
  
• Must have great attention to detail for order/data entry
  
• Must be able to commute to Janesville, WI -
