Job Description:
Platinum, a leading tech firm known for its innovative software
solutions that enhance business efficiency across multiple sectors,
is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic
Insurance sales team. This role involves direct client engagement
designed to optimize our outreach and expand our footprint in the
insurance industry. The successful candidate will be pivotal in
driving sales strategies, fostering client relationships, and
achieving revenue targets. An in-depth understanding of the
insurance market, coupled with strong sales acumen, will be
essential for thriving in this fast-paced position. Develop and
implement effective sales strategies tailored to the insurance
sector. Establish, maintain, and expand client relationships
through direct engagement and key account management. Meet or
exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.
Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to potential
clients. Participate in industry or promotional events (trade
shows) to cultivate customer relationships. Monitor competition by
gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, and
new techniques. Provide management with reports on customer needs,
problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new
products and services. Proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to develop
strategic plans and to adapt to changing market conditions.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office. Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified
Sales Professional (CSP) certification is preferred but not
required.
