Requirements: Previous experience in automotive sales or a related
field is not required; training will be provided. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build
rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred. Strong sales and
negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach. Professional
appearance and demeanor, with a genuine desire to help customers
find the right vehicle. Ability to work independently and as part
of a team in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license with
a clean driving record. Responsibilities Greet customers in a
friendly and professional manner, build rapport, and establish
trust. Listen attentively to customers' needs and preferences by
asking questions to better understand their requirements. Conduct
test drives with customers to showcase vehicle features. Negotiate
pricing and terms with customers to reach mutually beneficial
agreements. Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and
efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal
regulations. Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure
satisfaction, and address any concerns or questions they may have.
Stay informed about the latest automotive trends, technologies, and
products to provide customers with expert advice and
recommendations.
