Division . As part of this expansion, we are looking to connect
with high-performing HVAC Comfort Consultants, Advisors, and
In-Home Sales Professionals who are ready to leverage their skills
in a more stable, year-round, high-ticket sales environment . If
you thrive in consultative, in-home sales and are motivated by
consistency, strong lead flow, and uncapped earning potential, this

Plumbing? While HVAC sales can be highly seasonal, sewer sales
offer consistent demand all year long . Homeowners don’t delay
sewer issues, and that creates predictable opportunity and strong
earning rhythm for our sales consultants. Year-round stability
compared to seasonal HVAC cycles Approximately 50% of our current
sewer sales team transitioned from HVAC sales and are thriving A
proven transition and training program that converts HVAC
consultants into sewer sales professionals in 4–5 weeks Strong
brand reputation with excellent customer reviews and high close
rates $2,500 sign-on bonus after 30 days , contingent on onboarding
performance and fit What You’ll Do Conduct in-home, consultative
sales appointments with homeowners Assess customer needs and
recommend high-ticket sewer solutions Present clear options and
guide customers through confident buying decisions Own the sales
process from initial consultation through close Build trust,
rapport, and long-term customer relationships Collaborate with
operations and production teams to ensure smooth job execution Who
We’re Looking For This role is ideal for: HVAC Comfort Consultants
/ Comfort Advisors Residential HVAC Sales Professionals In-home,
high-ticket sales consultants Professionals with strong technical
understanding and customer-first sales approach Requirements 2
years of HVAC or in-home residential sales Proven success in
consultative, face-to-face sales environments Experience presenting
options (good / better / best) Strong communication,
professionalism, and closing ability Valid driver’s license and
ability to travel to customer homes No prior sewer sales experience
required, we train you . Team on average sells $2m plus per year
Expected to sell $200,000 a month. Benefits Compensation & Growth
