for a motivated Business Development Specialist to join our
award-winning team. This role requires someone who can respond to
customers quickly and accuratelty over email/text, be pleasant and
knowledgable on the phone. Sales experience a plus, but not
required! If you are self-driven, people-focused, and eager to

You’ll Do Monitor and respond quickly to internet sales leads Make
outbound calls, texts, and emails to set qualified appointments
Work with customers throughout their journey, from first contact to
final sale Provide accurate price quotes, rates, and inventory
availability Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned Subaru
vehicles with confidence Guide customers through credit application
processes Stay up-to-date on Subaru products, certifications and
market trends Track performance, maintain CSI (Customer
Satisfaction Index) and meet monthly goals Who You Are
Self-motivated and driven to succeed Strong communication skills,
professional and articulate Positive attitude with a customer-first
mindset Organized, detail-oriented and a natural problem solver
Team-oriented yet competitive in achieving personal goals Previous
sales or customer service experience is a plus (not required)
Compensation & Benefits Pay range for this position: $50,000 –
$85,000 annually (Exact compensation may vary based on several
factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, and
education) Available Benefits include medical insurance, with HSA

Insurance, Vision Insurance, Life Insurance Paid Maternity Leave
PTO after 90 days of employment Vacation up to three weeks
