This contract-based role is located in Rockford, IL, within a dynamic school environment dedicated to fostering student growth and well-being. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations tailored to students developmental stages. - Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs). - Provide counseling and intervention services to support students social, emotional, and academic development. - Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to address student needs and ensure a supportive learning environment. - Monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed to promote positive outcomes. Qualifications: - Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist. - Experience working with diverse age groups from early childhood through high school. - Strong understanding of developmental psychology and educational interventions. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with staff, families, and students. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced educational setting.
